Evidence-based Health Coaching Education, Training and Certification

Setting the gold standard for Health Coaching, in 2011, Miller & Huffman released the nation's first Clinical Model of Evidence-based Health Coaching, along with their 2nd Edition Health Coach Certification Program: Evidence-based Health Coaching for Healthcare Providers.  This self-study program includes online Skills Practice in Motivational Interviewing, convenient online testing and online Skills Competency through video simulations.  Upon passing, clinicians are granted the distinction of "Certified Health Coach" (CHC) by the National Society of Health Coaches (NSHC).
